Benas sails Monday to Sunday at 10:30 from Klaipėda and at 17:30 from Nida.
Berta (Curonian Express) sails Monday to Sunday at 09:15 from Šilutė and at 12:15 from Klaipėda.

Tickets are non-refundable, except in cases where the trip does not take place due to bad
weather conditions and the organisers cancel the sailing for passenger safety.

6. Can I bring a pet if it weighs more than 10 kg?
Yes, but the boat captain reserves the right to refuse animals on board if owners do not ensure their pets’ safety.
7. Can I change my tickets to another date?
Yes, tickets can be changed if there are at least 7 days left before the trip. A €5

8. Does a child need a ticket?
Yes. Children under 3 years old travel free of charge. Schoolchildren are also eligible for the child ticket price.
9. Can I buy tickets on the boat?
Yes, you can. When buying a ticket on the boat, €1 is added to the ticket price. We recommend buying online, as seats may not always be available.
10. Can I reserve tickets?
We do not reserve tickets. You can purchase tickets online or on board upon arrival.
11. How long does your season last?
Our season runs from June 1 to September 26.
12. Can I pay by card and in cash?
On board, you can pay for services both by bank card and in cash.

The trip on the Klaipėda – Juodkrantė – Nida route takes 2 hours.
14. I am not sailing myself. Can I transport only a bicycle?
No, a bicycle cannot be transported separately. The boat owners do not accept responsibility for third-party belongings.

Yes, you need to purchase a bicycle ticket.

Yes, we can offer not only boat rental, but also event organisation services from
